Are all products cruelty-free?  Yes of course. We only sell brands which are not  tested on animals.  

 

  Are all products vegan? No, not all products are vegan, but most of  them are! These products are all indicated on the product page. Don't forget to check our vegan collection. 

 

To where do you ship? We ship to Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. If you live somewhere else, contact us, and we're sure we can work something out. 

 

How much is the shipping fee? For orders in Belgium free shipping starts from €39, orders below this amount are accounted with a shipping fee of €5.99. Free shipping for orders in The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg or France starts from €59, orders below this amount are accounted with a €7.99 shipping fee. What's the delivery time? We do our best to get our products to you as fast as possible. For orders in Belgium, the average delivery time is usually less than 48 hours. For shipments to the Netherlands or Luxembourg, shipping takes 2-3 days. And for shipments to Germany or France the delivery time is 3-4 days. For an overview, check our Shipping & Returns page. 

 

How can I retour? When you want to retour products, contact us, and we will provide you with the retour documents. You have 14 days time to retour the products. Pay attention: opened and used products, and products purchased on sale cannot be returned. For more info check our Shipping & Returns page. 

 

How is my order packaged? Your products will be gently packed in a recyclable box, wrapped in a soft foil. 

 

How can I pay? Payments via MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Bancontact, PayPal and iDEAL are possible. 

 

Do I receive free samples? Yes, free samples are provided with every order!
